Christian Leadership Ministries was established in 1995 by Paul & Rebecca Murray. Starting as a Bible study for teens, Christian Leadership Ministries continued to grow so much that by 1996 it officially became a church. And just a few years ago became an international ministry: Portering The Glory International, Inc. Pastors Paul & Rebecca Murray have served as the local pastors for over 10 years. The ministry continues to grow. In 2005 they were ordained as the Apostolic overseers to the ministry and Chris Mathews was ordained as the Administrative Pastor of Christian Leadership Ministries.
This birthing took place because Pastors Paul & Rebecca recognized that the local ministry focus has now grown to the exponential magnitude of global vision; making the nations a launching pad for the purposes of God's kingdom agenda. WE (as the body of Christ) are porters of His glory and Portering the Glory International, Inc. is answering this call so that the Lordship of Jesus Christ can be known in all the earth (Psalm 24).
Portering The Glory International, Inc. acts as the umbrella for a host of ministries that extend beyond the local church. Christian Leadership Ministries World Prayer Center functions as the local church element in gathering the members of Christ's body for corporately expressing God. As the people are gathered and established in the Word of God (I Tim 3:16), we propel them into the vision God has for them by training and equipping them for leadership (Eph. 4:12-16).
Thus, under the umbrella of Portering The Glory International, Inc. we have the mandate of being an international training center. Our fully accredited Bible College & Seminary equips men and women with the sound word of the finished work of the cross and for those who decide to answer God's call to ministry locally or abroad, the school provides licensing and ordination as well as practical ministry experience. PGBCS also awards degrees from the Associate through the Doctoral level. All of this helps to proliferate God's kingdom as a multiplying force covering the earth as He has instructed us to in His Word (Matt. 28:19, Acts 2:47).
